DESCRIPTION:Join the Chamber's Design/Construction/Real Estate affinity group for our gathering - and this month we're inviting the Health & Wellness group to join us! \n\n\n\nOur topic for the evening is design & modification for aging in place - an aspect of universal design. We'll have presenters and discussion about how to design and build for the needs and abilities of people as we get older\, while enjoying refreshments courtesy of our hosts\, and making connections within and across industries. \n\nIf you're actively considering making enhancements to your kitchen\, bath and/or home office space in your "forever home" you should think about your later years\, "Aging in Place" means making the home more accessible\, easier to move about and safer to be in as you grow older. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPresenter Don Huber is a licensed Realtor and president of Huber Homes\, a full service general contractor specializing in new home construction and remodels. They have been in business for more than 25 years. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPresenter Dr. Cameron Green\, PT\, DPT\, CSCS is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with B-Health. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Furman University in Health & Exercise Science and earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Central Florida.
