DESCRIPTION:Join us for an exciting and free (for Chamber members) opportunity to sell or showcase your products and services at our Hispanic Heritage Month Mercado! \n \n\nDate: Wednesday\, October 2nd \n\nTime: 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM\n\nLocation: The Coffee Shop Oak Park\; 163 S. Oak Park Avenue\, Oak Park\, IL. 60302\n\n\nIn an effort to bring up and celebrate the Hispanic community within and around Oak Park and River Forest\, we invite you to be a part of our very first Hispanic-focused programming for our chamber!\n\n \n\nHere are the details:\n\nSet-up Time: Vendors can arrive as early as 2:00 pm and as late as 2:45 pm to begin setting up their booths. (YOU MUST STAY THE ENTIRE TIME) After 2:45 pm\, if you have not shown up and we have not heard from you\, we may give away your spot to another vendor on our wait-list. Pricing: FREE for Chamber members\, $50 for nonmembers. \n\n\n\nWe will provide a 4 ft table (made from joining two square coffee tables) or a 6 ft table for each vendor\, depending on availability. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tablecloths to decorate their space. There will be no electric provided for Merchandise Sales/Vendors.\n\n\nThe Coffee Shop Oak Park will be open and in-service during their usual business hours until 4:00 pm. Afterwards\, the space will remain open as a community event open to the public. \n\n \n\nProduct Sales: Vendors are encouraged to sell their products during the event\, offering attendees a taste of the amazing goods and services our community has to offer.\n \n\nPlease note that service-based businesses and Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) ventures will be vetted by the event organizers to ensure alignment with the spirit of the event.\n \n\nThis is your opportunity to shine and really showcase your products to a new audience!
