DESCRIPTION:BOOTH REGISTRATION IS CLOSED AS OF JULY 1\, 2025.  \n\nIf you have questions\, please contact programming@oprfchamber.org\n\n\n\nCelebrate summer and community in Oak Park!  The Chicago-Austin Street Festival brings food\, music and local vibes to the block.  Each First Friday lights up a different Oak Park District - come stroll\, snack and connect!\n\n\n\nVendors and neighborhood groups are invited to participate!  Please come promote your organization\, lead activities\, share news\, and connect with neighbors at this vibrant\, community-centric street party.  Priority registration goes to organizations located in the Chicago-Austin and Chicago-Harlem business districts.  Learn more about Oak Park's business districts HERE.\n\n\n\nEach participant will receive a 10'x10' space\, with an 8' table and 2 chairs.  You may bring your own pop-up tent (up to 10'x10')\, standing signs or flags\, decorations\, and giveaway items.  Vendors may sell wares\, products or food.  Food vendors are subject to inspection from the Village of Oak Park Health Department and must comply with event regulations.  501(c)(3) organizations may collect donations.  \n\n\n\nHome-based businesses\, neighborhood groups\, faith-based organizations and youth clubs are welcome to host a booth.  Participation is free for the aforementioned groups with a primary location between Erie and Division\, Austin and East Ave.  If you are not located within this area\, your registration may be waitlisted or subject to the $150 participation fee.\n\n\n\nPARTICIPATION FEES:\n\n\n\nFREE - Oak Park businesses and organizations located in the event business district\n\n$150 - Oak Park businesses and organizations located outside of the event business district\n\n$500 - businesses and organizations located outside of Oak Park\n\n\n\n*If you need access to power\, please add a note in the registration comments\n\n\n\nEVENT SCHEDULE:\n\n\n\n8:30AM - 10:00AM - Vendor load-in\n\n11:00AM - 2:00PM - Event open to the public\n\n2:00PM - 3:00PM - Breakdown (vendors must not break down early)\n\n\n\nPLEASE NOTE:  Ridgeland Avenue and adjacent blocks will be closed for the Village of Oak Park's 4th of July Parade.  It is recommended that vendors allow extra time for load-in.
