Underage Drinking Compliance Checks

The Oak Park Police Department funded by a grant from The Oak Park Township will be conducting underage drinking compliance checks over the next few months.
Underage youths working with local police officers will attempt to purchase alcoholic beverages. Any employee who sells alcoholic beverages to underage buyers may be referred for criminal prosecution, and the business may also be referred to the licensing authority for administrative action.
Make sure your staff refuse alcohol sales to any underage buyers. The Police Department can assist you with any staff training and copies of the valid ID book for your staff.
