Situated in the historic district of Oak Park, Illinois, this magnificent Queen Anne Victorian Home is only a five-minute walk from the Frank Lloyd Wright Home and Studio and the Ernest Hemingway birth-house and museum. Here you are within easy walking distance to shopping in Downtown Oak Park and the Avenue district. You have a choice of more than twenty eating establishments within a half mile radius. The choice runs from gourmet restaurants to coffee shops, sandwich shops and diners. It is easy to get to downtown Chicago via the CTA (elevated train) which runs on a regular schedule seven days a week, and the Metra Train which runs non-stop into the city. Both of these trains are within easy walking distance from our home.

Under the Ginkgo Tree home boasts beautiful woodwork throughout and stained glass windows. Built in 1890, the home exudes old world charm and serenity. The rooms are spacious, and the setting is peaceful. Our quiet residential neighborhood invites you to stroll these tree-lined streets to enjoy the beautiful architecture of the homes on our street. This will truly make any traveler feel the intimacy and comfort that only a home can provide.
