With 19 years of banking experience, Melissa Cleveland serves as vice president and director of retail banking at Oak Park Bank. She has earned numerous recognitions, including four-time Region of the Quarter, two-time Branch of the Year, Service Star Award, and a Certificate of Branch Operations Excellence.
Born at West Suburban Hospital right here in Oak Park, Melissa was literally born and raised in the community she loves. She serves on the board of the OPRF Chamber of Commerce, is a member of the Multi-Chamber Women in Business Collaborative and serves on the Finance Committee of Oak Park and River Forest High School.
A graduate of Oak Park and River Forest High School, Melissa has a Bachelor of Arts in business administration from Loyola University Chicago and an MBA from the Brennan School of Business at Dominican University. Melissa and her husband live in Oak Park with their two daughters. This gives her a different level of commitment to the community. She has a passion for serving the community and seeing its residents and small businesses thrive.
