What are Wellness Wednesdays?

Wellness Wednesdays is a monthly e-newsletter we launched in the second half of 2021 that focuses on tapping into local expertise to support every-day health and well-being in our community.

Each month features one specific topic that is timely and relevant to the community.

In 2023 we will again have 6 monthly editions (July through December) that feature our local Health & Wellness businesses.
